The following terms of use apply to all MR Technology Holdings, LLC websites, products and services:

• Customer shall not use any Licensed Information contained in the Licensee Reports and provided to Customer by Licensee (hereinafter the “Real Property Ownership Information”) for reproduction, sale, publication or any other use in relation to any product or service, or any other commercial exploitation.
• Customer shall not acquire proprietary rights in or to the Real Property Ownership Information or in any data contained therein, which rights remain in Licensee and/or Licensee’s suppliers and licensors and Customer acknowledges that the Real Property Ownership Information is a valuable commercial product, the development of which has involved the expenditure of substantial time and money.
• Customer acknowledges that the Licensee Reports and the Real Property Ownership Information is sourced from public documents or statistical calculations, is provided on an “as is, as available” basis with all faults and defects, and Licensee and/or Licensee’s suppliers and licensors do not make any warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, nor is Licensee and/or Licensee’s suppliers and licensors responsible for errors, omissions, miscalculations, or misrepresentations of value.
• Any use of the service and underlying Real Property Ownership Information by Customer shall be at its own risk, and Customer agrees to hold harmless Licensee and/or Licensee’s suppliers and licensors with respect thereto.
